This Site is owned and operated by ZH Media (referred to throughout as “ZH Media,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) headquartered in Orange County, California. We are committed to protecting your privacy and want to make your experience on our “Site” (the website you are viewing) safe and enjoyable through compliance with this “Privacy Policy”. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit the Site, use any related services of the Site (“Services”) and/or register for membership.

This Privacy Policy applies only to websites and services owned and operated by ZH Media. We have no control over the websites of third parties you may link to or view through our Site or our services. The contents of these websites are beyond our control and we make no claims as to their authenticity, accuracy of their information, security, or products and services. These third party websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit Personal Information from you. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of such third parties. You should always check the applicable privacy policies of those third parties when providing information on a site operated by a third party.

Social Media Integration

Certain Content or Personal Information may be shared with social media applications and other publically available websites in which you choose to participate. Please remember that any Personal Information you choose to disclose on our Site may become publicly available to others, including those outside of our community by linking your profile on our site with a social media application such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter. Please also remember that any information you share through a Twitter tweet, Facebook “Like,” or other social media service will become publicly available on the social media website or application in which you have shared it, or others.

Though we expect most changes to be minor, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date atop this Privacy Policy. If we change this Privacy Policy in a manner we believe may allow us to use or share your previously provided Personal Information in a way we believe is materially broader than what we have informed you of herein, we will make reasonable efforts to obtain your consent. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we protect the Personal Information we collect. Your registration as a member of our Site or continued use of our Site or our services constitutes your express agreement and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, our Terms, and any updates thereof.

ZH Media is Operated in the United States

Our Site is operated in the United States. If you are located in any other country or region, please be aware that any information you provide us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Site or our services, or otherwise providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Special Notification for California residents

Residents of California who have provided us with their Personal Information may request information regarding our disclosures, if any, of their Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to us at privacy@ZHMagazine.com or in writing at:
